Principals
Roger Pandit has completed numerous M&A transactions with
manufacturing and services companies. He specializes in plastics
and chemicals. Roger has been in real estate transactions
focused on commercial properties from offices, industrial, to retail
and continues to work with developers on special projects. Prior to
helping found Victory Equity Group, LLC, Roger spent nearly a decade
in corporate finance and overseeing distribution for ABEX Corp., a
division of IC Industries based in Chicago.
Roger Pandit received a B.S. and a M.S. in Finance from Fairfield
University.
Manuel Godwin has completed numerous M&A transactions, primarily
in manufacturing, service companies and franchises. Additionally,
Manuel has been a business owner of two businesses and has
sold his interest in both of them. He has spent twenty years in
accounting, taxation and financial planning.
Manuel Godwin earned a B.A. from Southern Nazarene University.
